but once you do have a site name to yourself , you'll need parking space on the web to put up your site , which would obviously be a collection of various files.
thats where freebeehosting.com comes in , it's like getting assigned a free locker to keep whatever files you want to , in this case , it would be your site .
and i dunno what '.cc' stands for

anyway , my site's just a dummy one , it serves no commercial purpose so it's ok if i get to host it a year for free.
but if u want to make a personal site such as exphrasis.com , it makes more sense to buy the domain exphrasis.com and host it on a quality paid web host.
